This newly built three-storey terrace house needed an overall interior renovation. The owner approached us with a request for a functional, modern and comfortable living space. Our scope for this project was full interior design service and renovation including loose furniture production. With creative freedom we got from the client, we decided to propose a simple design with a number of high-end highlights. Each furniture and component placed in the house was designed with a single purpose, to help the homeowners navigate their daily lives efficiently. The combination between built-in carpentry and matching loose furniture makes this project unique.
We introduced textural palette of high quality materials like solid teak, Calacatta marble, genuine Italian leather and the high quality laminates. By using neutral colors and limiting the number of decors, we acceded to the client’srequired concept of not having an overwhelming interior and keeping the minimalistic approach to space planning.
